As of Version 1.9 (May 2013), OmniGraffle for iPad can automatically sync documents using OmniPresence and Omni Sync Server. By installing the free OmniPresence app on your Mac, you can have access to your documents on all of your devices. Click here to watch a brief tutorial on setting up OmniPresence. Omni Sync Server Without OmniPresence
If you don’t want to use OmniPresence, or your hardware limits you to older version of OmniGraffle for iPad that doesn’t support it, it’s still possible to import and export documents to the Omni Sync Server using WebDAV.
