OmniFocus for the Web Subscriptions

Welcome! OmniFocus for the Web is a hosted add-on service which lets you access your OmniFocus data from a web browser. Access to this web service is available today through the OmniFocus Subscription, which also unlocks the Pro edition of OmniFocus in its native Mac and iOS apps for $9.99/month. Learn more

Customers who have already purchased OmniFocus 3 will soon have the option of only paying for a subscription to the web service (since they’ve already paid for the native apps). The price for that subscription will be $4.99/month, and it will be available when OmniFocus for the Web officially launches.

Until the official launch of OmniFocus for the Web, you can access the web service through a free public test, without any subscription at all. You can sign up for that test by following the instructions in this blog post, and then use the public test URL referenced above.


If you’re already signed up for the public test and you’re getting directed to this page, please check the following:

  1. Make sure you’re using the same Omni Account as you signed up to the public test with. The email confirmation we sent when you signed up for the test includes the name of the account you signed up with.
  2. Double-check that you’re logging into the test site (test.omnifocus.com) rather than the production site (which is only available to customers who have an active OmniFocus Subscription).

If you’ve double-checked that you’re using a valid test account on the correct test site, our apologies! It’s possible that you’ve encountered a bug in our test system. Please check with other testers on our #omnifocus_web Slack channel to see if this is a known issue. If not, please email omnifocus-web@omnigroup.com with the login URL, account name, and the time of day that you tried to log in so we can check our logs and investigate the issue.
