Need assistance troubleshooting an issue or figuring out how to do something with one of our apps? Send an email to support@omnigroup.com or use the Contact Omni option found in all of our apps, and we’ll be happy to help! In your email to us, there are a couple of pieces of information that are almost always useful to include, which will allow us to help you quicker and more effectively:
- The app you are using and its version number
- The device you are using and its OS version number
Also, folks sometimes ask whether we want one email with lots of items, or lots of emails with one item each. We have a slight preference for the latter, particularly for troubleshooting issues, but don’t hesitate to do what works best for you—we’re here to help you, after all!

Sure you’ve got the right Omni?
There are a lot of companies with “Omni” in their name, and from time to time we get mistaken for the wrong one. While we know a lot, we are not actually omni-scient (ba-dum-tish!), and sadly unable to help with questions or issues intended for these other “Omni” companies.
For clarity, we are The Omni Group, a company based out of Seattle, Washington, that makes productivity software for Apple devices—specifically, we make the apps OmniFocus, OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, and OmniPlan.
