If you are using your own WebDAV server to sync OmniFocus and have changed the credentials to access the server, but OmniFocus is not providing you a chance to enter the new credentials, here is how to resolve that:
OmniFocus 4 for Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Go to Settings > Sync.
- Choose Turn Sync Off.
- Re-enter all of your server credentials (address, username, password) to reconnect.
OmniFocus 3 for Mac
- Quit OmniFocus if open.
- Open Keychain Access.app.
- Look for an entry formatted like this:
https://server_address|username|server_name
- Delete this entry.
- Re-open OmniFocus, andn it should now prompt for credentials.
OmniFocus 3 for iPhone and iPad
- Tap this link: Reset OmniFocus iOS Keychain.
- You’ll be asked to open OmniFocus.
- Tap Open.
- OmniFocus will then present a confirmation prompt.
- Tap Invoke & Quit.
- Re-open OmniFocus, and it should now prompt for credentials.
