We take snapshots of sync server contents once a day, and keep one weeks’ worth at a time. Weekly snapshots are also taken and are stored for up to 45 days.
These snapshots are for our own backup purposes, and is not a replacement for your own dedicated backup solution. We strongly recommend taking advantage of the backup services built into your Apple devices, like Time Machine or iCloud Backup, or one of the many third-party online backup services available.
In the event that you’ve accidentally deleted a file you need from your Sync Server account and have no local backups available, contact our Support Humans via phone or email ASAP and we’ll do everything we can to assist. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to recover the file, but we’ll make every effort to do so.
