Our refund policy

We want to ensure our apps are a good fit for you, so we offer a two week trial period for apps downloaded from our website, from the Mac App Store or from the App Store. We also have plenty of videos and tutorials available as well as live human beings to answer any questions you might have!


Stand-alone perpetual licenses

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for stand-alone Mac and iOS products purchased from this website—our own Omni Group Store—and Apple’s App Store and Mac App Store.

Please contact sales@omnigroup.com, or call us at 1-800-315-OMNI (6664) or +1 206-523-4152 within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund.

For purchases made through the Omni store, it would be helpful if you could provide any of the following so that we can track down your order: your order number, who purchased it, the date of the purchase, the license key, and/or the method of payment.

For purchases made through Apple, please include a PDF copy of your iTunes receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history with your Apple ID included in the image. Refunds are processed using PayPal and so your PayPal account address would also be much appreciated.


Subscriptions

Refunds are not available for subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription you will retain access through the end of the paid subscription period and subsequent periods will not be billed. If your subscription includes a 14-day trial period, it can be canceled before the end of the trial and you will not be charged.

Subscriptions purchased through our own Omni Group Store can be canceled at any time from your Omni Account page. Subscriptions purchased from within our apps through Apple can be canceled through the Settings app on iOS or through the App Store app on the Mac.
