Our perpetual licenses do not expire. Small point updates within a specific version of an application are free of charge for current license owners. For example, updating from OmniFocus 4.1.3 to OmniFocus 4.1.4, or from 4.1.4 to 4.2 (and so on) would not cost anything for OmniFocus 4 perpetual license owners. Perpetual licenses will continue to work on any OS and hardware that is supported by that version of the application.
When the next major version is released, for example OmniFocus 5, OmniFocus 4 license owners would need to purchase an upgrade license if they wished to run the newer major version of the software.
