Our licenses do not expire, nor do we charge an annual subscription fee. Small point updates within a specific version of an application are free of charge for current license owners. For example, updating from OmniFocus 3.1.3 to OmniFocus 3.1.4, or from 3.1.4 to 3.2 (and so on) would not cost anything for OmniFocus 3 license owners.
If or when we release OmniFocus 4, OmniFocus 3 license owners would need to purchase an upgrade license if they wished to run the newer major version of the software.
